Vanity Fair’s issue on Star Wars has given many Jedi fans some juicy information about The Last Jedi and even some secret facts about the new characters we will be seeing later this year. With Rogue One’s major success in theaters we can predict that there will definitely be a Han Solo action filled journey coming out in 2018. On top of that, we expect the release of Episode 9 in 2019.
American film producer, Kathleen Kennedy answers some of our questions regarding this upcoming film. “We have a couple of things right now that we’re circling, and we’ll make a decision between the two pretty shortly. It’s probably for 2020, and we will make a decision by June.” One of the two options they could be circling on is most probably the Obi-Wan film that has been hinted at us by Ewan McGregor. However McGregor confesses, “There’s no official offer, and I haven’t met them about it or anything.” Even though it hasn’t officially been decided, McGregor admits he would be “happy to do it if they wanted to do it.”
Predictions aside, Star Wars fans know based on the popularity of each film that Lucasfilm and Disney truly will not disappoint.
