Ingredients (to serve 1):
- 1/2 cup of milk or dairy-free alternative
- 2 tablespoons of dairy or coconut yogurt
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of fresh berries of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of apple juice
