Summer has come to an end, but there are some habits you shouldn’t lose. Do not turn into a caveman just because it is cold outside. You should keep the same habits you had in the summer to look fabulous in the winter. Wear SPF even as the days grow shorter. Also, don’t let go during the winter.
Just because you are not wearing a swimsuit at the beach, doesn’t mean that you have to stop working out. Shower as much as you are used in the summer and with water as cold as it was in that season. The hot water makes your skin dry and irritated. Do not have long showers and especially not hot ones!
Also, you must drink a lot of water! Nonstop! Just because you don’t feel thirsty all the time like you did in the summer, that doesn’t mean you have to stop drinking as much as you used to.
It is important to keep drinking non-stop even if you don’t feel the need. You will feel healthier and most importantly, your skin will look better. Eat a salad for lunch. Do not think that summer is far and you will have all the time in the world to lose that weight again before summer.
